Jake Morlando is currently employed as a Service Delivery Lead at Virtual IT Group since March 2021. Prior to this role, Jake worked at NEC Australia from April 2018 to March 2021, starting as a Level 2 - Service Desk Engineer. Before his time at NEC Australia, Jake was employed at Wollongong Nightlife from November 2013 to February 2018, where he held various positions such as Duty Manager, Bar and Floor Supervisor, and Bar and Floor Attendant. Jake completed his Bachelor of Information Technology with a focus on Network Design & Management at the University of Wollongong from 2013 to 2016.
