Stephanie Friddle

Stephanie Friddle is a Software Developer Intern at Virtual Peaker. Stephanie previously worked as a Banking Center Manager at Limestone Bank, Inc. from November 2019 to February 2020. Stephanie is responsible for all aspects of branch operations, including sales, loss control, compliance and audit standards. Stephanie is also responsible for managing daily and monthly reports to ensure the banking center is running effectively. Stephanie motivates their team to engage clients in a meaningful way in order to make or exceed banking center goals. Stephanie also develops business strategies to make or exceed banking center goals. Stephanie uses their personal judgment to assess risk and take appropriate actions on various transactions including funds availability, fee waivers, cashier's checks, and wires. Stephanie also researches and resolves customers’ issues by understanding the situation and fixing it myself, explaining policies, or contacting the correct department for resolution. Stephanie communicates changes, new initiatives and ongoing issues to ensure the banking center is in compliance with current policies and procedures and state and federal banking regulations. Stephanie also sells, opens, and maintains retail deposit and loan products to consumer and business clients. Stephanie manages payroll and scheduling to ensure optimal staffing for the business and clients. Stephanie also runs a teller drawer when required.

Stephanie Friddle has an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Sullivan University and a BS in International Business from Minot State University. Stephanie is currently working as a Front End Web Developer and JavaScript programmer.
