James Wang

James Wang currently serves as Partner and Chief Financial Officer at Virtual Pipeline Ventures and as Chief Financial Officer and Board Member at OneLng Inc. Wang has previous experience as Managing Director at Ara Partners, focusing on private equity in decarbonization and sustainability sectors. Prior to that, Wang held the position of Principal at First Reserve Corporation and Vice President in private equity with a focus on energy and infrastructure. Wang began a career in investment banking as an Analyst at Lehman Brothers. As a board member, Wang has contributed to several companies including Priority Power, Centric Infrastructure Group, Fluitron, and Blue Whale Materials. Educational qualifications include Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
