Amber Caramella

Amber Caramella has over twenty years of experience in sales and sales management in the telecommunications industry. Amber is currently a board member at Virtual Power Systems, and was previously with Netrality Data Centers, Infrastructure Masons, and Zayo Group.

Amber started their career in 2000 as a sales executive with XO Communications. In 2010, they joined Level 3 Communications as a sales executive. There, they were responsible for sales of complex enterprise telecom solutions and managed global cross-functioning teams and projects.

In 2015, Amber joined Zayo Group as SVP of Sales. Amber was responsible for building and leading the sales organization, as well as integrating new technologies into the organization. Amber successfully grew the sales team and exceeded targets, gaining executive mindshare along the way.

Amber has a unique combination of strategic vision, technical expertise, and leadership that has enabled their to be successful in their career. Amber is able to work with diverse teams and utilize their exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships and drive results.
