Terry Mercer

Terry Mercer, Managing Commercial Broker, has been helping clients in Real Estate since 1993. He brings extensive experience in commercial, land, luxury, and residential real estate to VPR agents. Terry has earned numerous awards including, Re/Max 100% club, Platinum Club, Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Club, as well as the coveted Realtor Phoenix Award. He has also owned his own company/real estate franchise, worked with Keller Williams on the ALC and is a KW Bold 100 graduate.

Terry earned a BA Degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida, and a master of Divinity degree form Reformed Theological Seminary. Terry also used his Divinity degree in counseling and pastoring prior to his real estate career. On a personal note, Terry enjoys spending his spare time with his wife, children, grandchildren, and their golden retriever, Annabel Lee. When he is not with his family or helping agents, Terry is a Trail Guide for Jeep Jamboree USA and teaches classes at NAMI.
