James Mead

James Mead has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. James currently works as the Director of Product IP and Offerings at Virtual Service Operations. In their previous roles, they served as the CEO of OFY Productions, Chief Operating Financial Officer at See Change Institute, and a member of the Board of Directors at The Mitte Foundation. Before that, they worked as a Business Intelligence Strategic Consultant at NetApp and as the Director of Software Product Management and Engineering at IBM/NOVUSCG. James also held positions at NOVUSCG, WINK Communications, Cotelligent, and UUNET Technologies, where they gained experience in project management, systems engineering, and deployment engineering.

James Mead attended the University of Maryland from 1988 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry.
