Laura Richardson

Laura Richardson serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Virtual Service Operations, a position held since January 2018. Prior to this role, Laura accumulated extensive experience at IBM Global Technology Services from 2007 to 2017, where responsibilities included Senior Technical Staff Member and Storage Services Technology Executive. Earlier in the career, Laura worked as a Technologist at Novus Consulting Group from June 2003 to October 2007. Laura holds an Associates Degree of Applied Sciences in Electronics from DeVry University, with further education at the University of Arizona.
