Josh Bierwiler has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Josh started their career at Office Depot as a Specialist, where they assisted customers with their technological needs. Josh then joined Burger King Corporation as a Manager for a brief period before moving on to Best Buy, where they worked as a Geek Squad Counter Intelligence Agent. In this role, they protected the brand and trained agents on technical repairs.
After that, Josh worked at Goodremont's Inc. as a Territory Manager, responsible for managing and overseeing business within their assigned territory. Josh then worked at Claus Temporaries as a Residential Tech Support before transitioning to TOAST.net, where they started as a Business and Residential Tier 2 Tech Support and Supervisor. In this role, they managed customers on Google Apps for Work and provided support for business computers and servers.
Next, Josh established their own business, Novus Techs, where they provided local residential and business support, installing and configuring computers and removing viruses. Josh then joined Virtual Technologies Group as a K12 Special Projects Manager, ensuring smooth testing processes for virtual schools. Josh later became the Director of Educational Services, working with virtual schools across multiple states.
Throughout their career, Josh has developed skills in customer service, technical support, management, and time management.
