Nick Jean-Baptiste

Nick Jean-Baptiste is an experienced executive and leader in the investment and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Virtual Technologies Group since September 2022, Nick has also been a Managing Partner at Jacmel Growth Partners, a private investment firm focused on family-operated lower middle market companies, since its founding in 2015. Throughout a diverse career, Nick has held numerous board positions and leadership roles, including at Arora Engineers, Daida, Read Ahead, and HiGro Group, which Nick co-founded in 2017. Prior experience includes strategic roles at EMSAR and Peterson Partners, as well as board memberships for various companies. Nick holds a BA in Public Policy and Economics from Duke University and an MBA in Finance from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, complemented by an exchange program at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
