Audrey Callaway is an experienced customer service professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Customer Management Specialist at Virtual Telecomm since February 2011, Audrey has a strong background in customer support, having previously worked at Access Voice & Data from 2003 to 2011 and at QCI from 1996 to 2003. Audrey briefly held a CSR position before retirement in July 2017. Education was completed at Ahrens Trade High School, where attendance took place from 1966 to 1969.
