Currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Reflex AI and Virtual Traffic Lights since 2020 and 2017, respectively, Ozan has established a strong presence in the tech industry. In addition, Ozan has been a tenured Full Professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at Carnegie Mellon University since 2000, contributing significantly to the field through teaching and research.

Virtual Traffic Lights is a technology company founded in 2010. VTL is located in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and spun out of Carnegie Mellon University. VTL patented a disruptive technology that provides for the advancement in Traffic Management. This advancement substantially improves traffic efficiency and safety by using V2V and V2I communications whereby vehicles communicate with each other and with the traffic infrastructure, resulting in faster, safer and more environmentally friendly commutes Utilizing our V2V technology in conjunction with Cloud Computing gave birth to Trafluid, our Cloud-based ML-powered traffic management system, allowing us to deploy our service much faster, more efficiently, and economically.
