Peter Hawkins

Peter Hawkins has a range of work experience starting from 2006 till 2016. Peter served as a Head of Service Delivery at Virtual1 from 2016-present. Peter previously worked at Virgin Media Business as a Provisioning Operations Manager from 2014-2015. Prior to that, they held the position of Directors Resolution Officer from 2011-2015 and was responsible for managing high-level customer escalations. Peter also worked as a DT Project Manager from 2009-2011, where they managed a team and handled complex data circuits. Peter started their career as a Project Coordinator from 2008-2009 at Virgin Media Business, where they coordinated a fluid WIP of data circuits. Before that, Peter worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Pure Resourcing Solutions from April 2008-November 2008 and as a Senior Consultant at Hays from September 2006-April 2008.

Peter Hawkins attended the University of Leicester from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in History.
