Alesia Jerrells

Alesia Jerrells is the Vice President of Operations at Recruiting Solutions. Since joining Recruiting Solutions in 2012, she has held a variety of different leadership roles within the organization including Director of Operations and Branch Manager. In her tenure with the company, she has supported efforts in different divisions to include government services, office professional recruiting and compliance, information technology recruiting, industrial and manufacturing services, and executive search recruiting. Through the experience gained in these diverse roles, she has been able to learn a great deal about client partnerships and recruiting operations.

Alesia has her Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina and Bachelor degrees in Business Administration and Spanish Language from Erskine College. She is an active member of the Columbia Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and South Carolina Staffing Association and holds her Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification from the American Staffing Association.

In her tenure with Recruiting Solutions, Alesia received the 2018 DDV award, Recruiting Solutions’ “MVP” award given in honor of late founder, Dean D. Varner.

Alesia works closely with each office and division company-wide to ensure excellent service delivery and assists all teams in partnering with their clients to provide solutions to industry and market challenges.
