Ratna Kapur

Ratna Kapur is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology consulting, nonprofit leadership, and community empowerment. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Virtualigence since October 2019, Ratna has focused on streamlining development services with an emphasis on data management and automation. Additionally, as the Founder and President of KS Foundation Inc., Ratna works to uplift marginalized communities. Previous roles include serving as the Senior Director of HR & Finance at Iris Consulting Services Inc. and an Executive Board Member for GLOBAL EXECUTIVE COUNCIL SERVICES, where community development and social welfare were key initiatives. Early career experiences include co-founding OpenSource Consulting Services, providing independent travel consulting, and working in sales and marketing for Iris Unified Learning LTD and Bharat Carpets LTD. Ratna holds an Advance Diploma in Computer Programming from APTECH Computers and a B.A. in History and Economics from Panjab University.
