Helene Tum

Helene Tum has extensive experience in account and program management, currently serving as an Account Manager, Program Manager, and Program Specialist at Virtual, Inc. since July 2019. Prior to this role, Helene held several positions at The Resource Connection, Inc. from February 2015 to June 2019, including Client Relations Manager, Sr. Staffing Coordinator, and Staffing Coordinator, focusing on client communication and staffing solutions. Helene also gained valuable experience as a Corps Member with City Year, where responsibilities included tutoring at-risk students and organizing community events, and completed a summer internship with the Trashy Bags Project promoting environmental awareness. Helene earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Bentley University.
