Louis R.

Louis R. is an accomplished executive leader with extensive experience in the Department of Defense acquisition space, particularly with the United States Air Force (USAF) and Special Operations Command (SOCOM). Currently serving as Director of Strategic Programs and Director of USAF Programs at Virtualitics since February 2024, Louis R. has a proven track record in rapid acquisitions and Program of Record activities, effectively leading teams and driving organizational improvements in high-pressure environments. Prior roles include Senior Materiel Leader for the B-52 Division, Deputy Commander at Hamid Karzai International Airport, and various leadership positions within the USAF and USSOCOM. Louis R. is equipped with advanced degrees including a Master of Science from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy and an MBA from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
