Guido Heßke

Guido Heßke has extensive experience in customer success management and project management. Guido currently works as a Senior Customer Success Manager and technical Project Manager at virtualQ since February 2020. Prior to that, they worked at lekker Energie GmbH from February 2009 to October 2019, where they held the role of Leiter Innendienst Geschäftskundenvertrieb. Guido also worked as Wertstrom-Manager Geschäftskunden (Prozesse / Projekte / LEAN) at the same company from February 2009 to September 2009. Before joining lekker Energie GmbH, they held the position of Leiter Geschäftskunden Kontakt Center at Versatel Gruppe from August 2006 to September 2008. Guido began their career at Versatel / bluepartner GmbH in April 1999, where they served as Leiter Call Center / Kundenbetreuung until July 2006.

Guido Heßke completed their education from 1997 to 2000 at the Verwaltungs- und Wirtschafts-Akademie (VWA), where they obtained a degree in Wirtschaftsdiplom Informatik-Betriebswirt in the field of Betriebsmanagement und -verwaltung. Additionally, in April 2020, they obtained a certification in "Kreative Ideen in 10 Minuten" from LinkedIn.
