Adam Smith

Adam Smith is an experienced operations leader, currently serving as the Customer Experience Manager at Virtuas since 2025. Previously, from 2015 to 2024, Adam held the position of Director of Operations at The Black Sheep Agency, where they significantly enhanced the agency's financial performance and employee experience, leading to multiple recognitions as one of the ‘Best Places to Work’. Prior to that, Adam worked at Whole Foods Market in various roles, ultimately becoming a Guest Service Team Leader. Adam earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas State University-San Marcos in 2003.
