Ambica Kaul has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Ambica started their career in 2003 as a Recruitment Specialist and Induction Coordinator at Human Resource Specialists. In 2004, they joined Career Destiny as a Recruitment Specialist. In 2006, they joined Cira Infotech Inc as the Marketing Team Lead, where they worked until 2015. Ambica then took on the role of Director of Business Development and Client Relations at Cira Infotech Inc from 2015 until 2016. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Sales and Marketing at Cira Infotech Inc. Ambica's expertise lies in recruitment, sales, employee relations, employee marketing, contract negotiations, prospect lead generation, and employee orientations.

Ambica Kaul's education history begins in 1996 when they attended the University of Jammu & Kashmir in India. Ambica pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree and completed their studies in 1998. Following this, in 1999, Ambica Kaul enrolled in a Diploma in Business Administration program, specializing in Business Management. Ambica successfully completed this program in 2000.
