Prakash S has a diverse work experience in the field of IT recruitment. Prakash started their career at Fabergent Inc. in 2013 as an IT Recruiter, where they were responsible for the initial recruitment process and coordination with the Account Manager. In 2015, they joined Formac Inc. as a Lead Recruiter, specializing in Bench Sales for DevOps and Build&Release roles. Their responsibilities included updating and formatting candidate profiles, reaching out for job requirements, and understanding job requirements. In 2016, Prakash joined iBrain Technologies as a Bench Sales Lead, where they continued to excel in their role, managing candidates, coordinating with vendors/managers, and shortlisting candidates. Currently, they are working at Virtue Group as a Resources Manager since 2019.
