Lisa Petit has a diverse work experience in the field of operations and project management. From December 2018 to February 2019, they worked as a Live Ops and Support Specialist, managing ticket management and providing support to clients and couriers. From March 2019 to January 2021, they served as a Live Ops and Support Quality Specialist, handling quality issues with customers and partners. From January 2021 to October 2021, Lisa worked as an Operations Executive in Customer Support, where they managed projects, stakeholder communication, and process improvement. Lisa then moved on to a role as a Senior Operations Executive in Customer Support at Stuart from October 2021 to April 2022, where they took on additional responsibilities such as training new hires, data analysis, and liaising with BPO QA. Most recently, Lisa held the position of Senior Project Manager at Netipbox Technologies from April 2022 to March 2023, where they led new display installation projects and focused on process improvement. Lisa is currently working as a Live Operations Team Lead at Virtuo since April 2023.
Lisa Petit obtained a Licence degree in Langues étrangères appliquées (Applied Foreign Languages) from Nantes Université in 2016. Lisa then pursued a similar degree at Universidade de Aveiro in 2017.
