Rick Fei

Rick Fei is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in technical support and management. Currently serving as IT Director at Virtuos since August 2018, Rick oversees team management, IT service delivery, and information security risk control, while also acting as a point of contact for international IT teams. Prior to this, Rick held the role of Technical Service Manager at Dell from June 2015 to August 2018, where responsibilities included managing escalated incidents and developing customer communication strategies. Previous positions include IT Technical Manager at Shell and IT Support Leader at Tieto, among others. Rick holds a Master of Business Administration from Xidian University, a PgD in International Finance from The University of Hong Kong, and a Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce from Xihua University.
