Colin Bullen

Colin Bullen is an accomplished founder and director with a diverse background in organizational change, health, and wellness strategy. Currently, Colin leads Virtuositeam, previously known as Change Craft, where the focus is on effective organizational change through team development based on BRATLAB research. In addition, Colin serves as the founder and actuary at BRATLAB Limited, providing specialized actuarial consulting services. Earlier roles include consulting lead and COO at Habits at Work, where Colin contributed to sales and customer success initiatives, as well as significant positions at Aon Hewitt, where responsibilities encompassed global health and wellness strategy, and management of substantial teams and client relationships. Colin's career began with leadership roles in actuarial consulting at various firms, establishing a strong foundation in health and benefits consulting. Colin holds a BA in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of York.
