Swati Thakar

Swati Thakar has extensive work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Swati began their career in 1992 as a Senior Software Engineer at Abacus Computers and later worked as a Team Leader at Datamatics Ltd. in 1996. After that, they joined Tandon Information Solutions as a Group Leader and then moved to IndiaPlaza.com as a Technology Lead. In 2001, they worked as a Technology Lead Consultant at Sify.com. From 2003 to 2008, they served as a Practice Head at V2Solutions, followed by their role as an Associate Principal at eClerx Services Ltd. from 2008 to 2013.
