Peter McIver

Peter McIver is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer support and team leadership. Currently serving as Centralised Services Team Lead at Virtuoso since October 2014, Peter has also held roles as Service Delivery Manager and Customer Support Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, Peter was an English Language Teacher with the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program(me) from August 2011 to August 2014, and has experience as Provisioning Team Leader at Ezipay Limited and Customer Service Team Leader at Compass Communications. Peter began a career in retail as Assistant Sales Manager at The Bose Store from February 2007 to February 2008. Peter holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Otago, completed in 2007, and attended Saint Kentigern from 1995 to 2002.
