Alex Kyriakides

Alex Kyriakides has been working in the creative industry since 2013. In 2021, they began working at Virtuoso as a Visual Designer and as a Freelance Visual Designer. In this role, they are responsible for up-leveling the design and quality of the Visual Design communications for the brand, leading the development for the Visual Design of the brand, and delivering creative visual assets. Additionally, they are a Young Jury Member at Awwwards and a Designer at McCann Worldgroup. At Design Agency, they work as a UI Designer and is responsible for collaborating with Web developers, the UX designer and the Director to create visual designs of various user interfaces. In 2020, they were a Digital Content Designer at Intelligent Partnership. Since 2013, they have also been working as a Freelancer, producing visual assets for industrial clients and designing responsive UI designs for the web/mobile. Lastly, from 2013 to 2021, they were a Video Creator & Editor at Fullscreen, where they created weekly content, produced videos and social media posts, and edited videos.

Alex Kyriakides has an extensive education history. Alex obtained their IGCSE in November 2014 from Cambridge International Examinations. From 2016 to 2017, they attended the University of Nicosia and earned a Bachelor of Applied Multimedia in Digital Arts. Alex then attended Sheffield Hallam University from 2017 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Media Production. In 2019, they continued their education at the University of Leeds, where they earned a Master of Arts in Advertising and Design. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Visual Design: The Ultimate Guide from the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF) in November 2022, After Effects CC 2019: Character Animation Essential Training from LinkedIn Learning in June 2021, Stukent's Mimic Pro from Stukent in May 2020, and the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in June 2020.
