Diogo Pedrosa

Diogo Pedrosa has been working in the tech industry since 2005. From 2005 to 2017, they worked as a System Engineer at CESAR - Innovation Institute. During this time, they also worked as a Software Engineer II from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they worked as a Senior Developer, Product at Virtuoso and as a Consultant at Match Profiler, where they were a web application developer using Java EE, Vaadin, Spring, Maven, MyBatis, Oracle Database, and Git. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at DATAPREV as an IT Analyst - Developer, where they were responsible for maintenance and development projects for CADPREV, an information system that used Java technology, XML files, and SQL Server database. From 2015 to 2017, they also worked at IME-University of Sao Paulo as a Developer at Research, Innovation and Dissemination Center for Neuromathematics (NeuroMat), developing an open source tool using Python, Django, and PostgreSQL. Lastly, from 2009 to 2015, they worked at ICMC - University of Sao Paulo as a Ph.D. student, developing and participating in the development of several small research-oriented systems.

Diogo Pedrosa obtained a Bacharelado in Ciência da Computação from the Universidade Federal de Pernambuco in 2005. Diogo then went on to receive their Ph.D. in Computer Science and Computational Mathematics from USP - Universidade de São Paulo in 2014.
