Gunjan Chitkara has extensive work experience in sales and account management. In 2012, they completed a summer internship with Escorts Limited. In 2013, they were an Industrial Trainee with Micro Turners Group - India. In 2015, they worked as a Business Development Specialist with Sutra Services Pvt. Ltd. From 2016 to 2020, they were an Associate Sales Manager with RateGain, where they were responsible for growing the company's footprint within Retail and Enterprise based accounts. Gunjan consulted with C-level executives to develop and implement an effective enterprise-wide strategy, and led a team of Sales & Marketing Executives. Gunjan also managed the concept-to-launch of a 'Rate Parity Solution', an automated solution enabling hotel chains to monitor parity violations. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Senior Key Account Manager with Zomato, and an Account Manager and Account Executive with Chargebee. Currently, they are a Strategic Account Executive - Global with Virtuoso.

Gunjan Chitkara attended Air Force Bal Bharati School from 2001 to 2010. Gunjan then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing & Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 2014 to 2016. Gunjan has also obtained several certifications, including MEDDPICC MASTER from MEDDICC in December 2022, Certified Virtuoso User from Accredible in November 2022, How to Find Sales Leads from LinkedIn in November 2022, and Territory Planning, Account Planning & MEDDPICC from Force Management in November 2020.
