José Mendonça

José Mendonça has over 10 years of work experience. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Tour Guide for the Electricity Museum, EDP Foundation. In 2010, they became a Collaborator for the same company. In 2012, they co-founded and acted as an Evangelist for Foodzai, a peer-to-peer food marketplace. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as an IT Consultant for everis, where they were tasked with several projects in multiple clients. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Full Stack Developer for Clickly, where they designed, developed and managed a collection of data analysis tools and recommendation engines. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Full Stack Developer for Jungle AI, where they designed and developed web applications to deliver asset data and AI model predictions directly to the clients. Since 2019, they have been a Full Stack Developer for Virtuoso.

José Mendonça's education history includes a Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico from 2011 to 2014. In 2016, they attended the LxMLS'2016 - Lisbon Machine Learning School for a Machine Learning course. From 2006 to 2011, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico. In 2008, they attended King's School - St. Joseph's Hall for an English Language Summer Course. In 2006, they attended Elizabeth Johnson Organisation - Christ's Hospital School and NHK for an English Language Summer Course and a Hardware Technician Course, respectively. Additionally, they attended Manor Courses - Taunton School in 2005 for an English Language Summer Course.
