Rachel Blezard

Rachel Blezard (Assoc CIPD) has over 25 years of experience in the recruitment and people operations industry. Rachel began their career in 1995 as a Business Manager at ManpowerGroup. In 2001, they became a Branch Manager at Brook Street and subsequently a Freelance Consultant at P9 Rec Ltd in 2010. In 2011, they were an On Site Recruitment Manager at Kelly Services. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Recruitment Manager at ROQ - Making Software Work, where they recruited numerous testing professionals at all levels. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Head of People and Head of Talent Acquisition at Fluid Ads. Most recently, Rachel has been the Vice President Virtuoso - People Operations at Virtuoso since 2019.

Rachel Blezard holds an Assoc CIPD from Lancaster University, a Diploma in Human Resource Management - Level 5 from Lancaster University, and attended Cardinal Newman College Preston from 1989 to 1991, and Brownedge Saint Marys High School Preston from 1984 to 1989.
