Thom Morris

Thom Morris currently serves as the General Manager of Payments at Virtuous, a position held since April 2025. Prior to this role, Thom worked at Classy from August 2021 to April 2025, where responsibilities included Senior Director of Product Marketing and Director of Product Marketing. Thom's experience at Blackbaud from June 2017 to July 2021 as Principal of Data Intelligence involved leading the go-to-market strategy and developing new products for the analytics portfolio. Earlier experience includes roles at Amazon between 2014 and 2017, where Thom operated as a Senior In-Stock Manager and Senior Vendor Manager, and a brief internship as a Research and Development Intern. Before Amazon, Thom was with Delta Air Lines between 2009 and 2013, taking on various roles related to revenue management and market development, as well as serving as an Analyst at Northwest Airlines. Thom earned an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BA in International/Global Studies and Classics from Washington University in St. Louis.
