Dharmendra Singh

Dharmendra Singh has a diverse and extensive work experience. Dharmendra currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at City West Specialist Day Hospital since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Virtus Health from 2016, where they held various roles such as Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Group Financial Controller. At Virtus Health, Dharmendra played a key role in managing liquidity during the COVID-19 pandemic and successfully implemented a business intelligence platform to enhance management reporting processes.

Before joining Virtus Health, Dharmendra worked as the Group Financial Controller at Vocation from 2014 to 2015. Dharmendra started their career at PwC in 2000 as an Experienced Senior Manager in the Assurance practice, specializing in the Consumer and Industrial Products sector. During their time at PwC, Dharmendra gained expertise in international financial reporting standards and provided accounting advisory services to a wide range of clients. Dharmendra also had secondments in the Global Accounting Consulting Services group and worked closely with clients on complex accounting transactions and financial reporting developments.

Dharmendra Singh completed a Diploma in Investor Relations from the Australasian Investor Relations Association (AIRA) in the year 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Fellow CA degree from the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, specializing in Accounting and Commerce.
