James Pyne

James joined Virtus in October 2022 as Chief Commercial and Financial Officer. James brings extensive operational, commercial and strategic experience to Virtus, including a strong track record of improving business performance, accelerating growth and successfully driving change.

Prior to joining Virtus, James held significant senior leadership roles at both Wesfarmers and Coates Hire. He has also worked in wholesale food distribution at Brakes (UK) and technology venture capital at Softbank (UK). James started his career as a strategy consultant at LEK Consulting and holds an MBA from INSEAD. James will use his expertise to drive Virtus' growth and transformation programme
