Reshma Gupta

Reshma Gupta has extensive work experience in various strategic and analytical roles. Reshma is currently working at Virtus Health as the Head of Strategic Projects since October 2022. Prior to this, they held positions at Virtus Health as the Strategic Programme & Insights Manager starting in October 2020 and as a Strategic Insights and Data Specialist starting in June 2018.

Before joining Virtus Health, Reshma worked at Conexus Financial as the Audience Research Manager from June 2017 to June 2018. Their responsibilities included leading the research function, advising project teams based on audience insights, and implementing digital marketing campaigns.

Reshma also worked at Fidelity Investments as a Specialist in the Strategy and Competitive Intelligence Team from November 2014 to February 2017. Reshma led multiple strategic research projects, analyzed competitor strategies, and developed business models for new customer segments. Reshma received multiple internal awards for delivering on strategic projects.

Earlier in their career, Reshma worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Team Developer from August 2012 to November 2014 and as a Senior Research Analyst from November 2010 to July 2012. Reshma assisted in M&A and capital market projects, prepared investment reports, and gained proficiency in financial analysis.

Reshma began their career at McKinsey & Company as a Strategy Analyst for a brief period in 2010. Reshma also worked at Sesame India Pvt Ltd as a Senior Executive in Compliance from May 2005 to September 2007.

Reshma Gupta's education history includes two degrees. From 2007 to 2009, they attended Tata Institute of Social Sciences and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Business Globalization & Labour. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2005, they attended Hindu College, University of Delhi and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Honours degree in Political Science.

In addition to their degrees, Reshma Gupta has obtained two certifications. Reshma acquired the PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in October 2020. Reshma also acquired the CeFA certification from Beacon Financial Training Ltd., although the month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
