Balaganesh Ramadas

BalaGanesh Ramadas has extensive experience in technology leadership, with a focus on software development and architecture. Serving as Senior Director of Technology at Virtusa from June 2018 to October 2022, BalaGanesh held several roles, including Director of Technology. Prior experience includes Engineering Manager at bitWise Academy, where leadership involved developing an advanced eLearning platform utilizing AI, ML, and Big Data technologies. At Infosys, BalaGanesh contributed as a Senior Technology Architect, delivering product and solution architectures for diverse clients over eight years. Earlier roles included Senior Consultant at Everest Consulting, specializing in technology consulting, and Program Manager at Sandhill Systems Inc, responsible for product design and conceptualization. BalaGanesh holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from Bharathidasan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of Madras.
