E. Subramanian Subbu is a seasoned recruitment and human resources leader with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Virtusa since January 2012, E. Subramanian Subbu is responsible for devising recruiting strategies and developing innovative sourcing channels. Prior to this role, E. Subramanian Subbu held several leadership positions at Tata Consultancy Services from December 2004 to September 2011, focusing on BPO recruitment, regional recruitment, and human resources for specific business sectors. E. Subramanian Subbu began the career as Assistant Manager - Personnel at TVS Sundaram Clayton from 1998 to 2004. Educationally, E. Subramanian Subbu holds a Master's in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor's of Commerce, both from the University of Madras.
