Edwin Sudhakar

Edwin Sudhakar is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR for APAC and ANZ at Virtusa since July 2010. Edwin leads talent acquisition, learning and development, logistics, and immigration teams across multiple locations, driving engagement and business outcomes through effective collaboration and digital tools. Achievements include obtaining Best Employer certification in Singapore and Australia and developing organizational strategies for digital engagement and succession planning. Prior roles include Asia Hiring Lead and recruitment management positions at Saksoft and Sify Technologies, with a strong focus on leadership hiring and technical resource recruitment. Edwin holds a B.Sc. in Physics from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University.
