Eewei Chen

Eewei Chen serves as the Vice President of Design & Innovation at Virtusa since January 2019, leading Service Design Strategy and Lean UX practices across Banking, Financial Services, and other sectors. Previous roles include Product Design Lead at Turner, where a digital entertainment subscription service was launched, and UX Design Lead at Marks and Spencer, focusing on digital retail innovation. At Ooredoo Qatar, as Head of Digital Experience, a design-led culture was fostered, and an omni-channel digital strategy was developed. Other notable positions include Solution Design Director at BSkyB and Creative Director at ThoughtWorks, Microsoft, and EMC. Eewei Chen holds a BA Hons in Graphic Design from the University of the Arts London.
