Gwellyn Daandels

Gwellyn Daandels is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business intelligence, analytics, and digital solutioning across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Offering Portfolios Europe at Virtusa since October 2022, Gwellyn previously held significant leadership roles at Cognizant from June 2012 to September 2022, where responsibilities included leading enterprise solution architecture and developing AI and analytics practices. Prior to Cognizant, Gwellyn contributed to IBM and General Electric in various managerial positions focused on business analytics and information management. With a strong academic background, including an MBA from the University of Bern, Gwellyn also has experience in sports management as a trainer and director at Noordwijkse Hockey Club.
