Jaideep Kate

Jaideep Kate is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in resource management, currently serving as Director at Virtusa since April 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing project resource fulfillment and metrics to optimize margins in North America. Previously, Jaideep spent over 12 years at Capgemini as Associate Director, working in various roles within the Resource Management and Shared Services HR groups, including serving as a Workforce Manager for Progressive Insurance. Jaideep holds an MBA in Marketing and a BSc in Zoology/Animal Biology, both from the University of Pune, along with a high school diploma from The Scindia School.
