Mounisree Marimuthu

Mounisree Marimuthu is a dedicated professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as an Associate Consultant HR at Virtusa since January 2022. Virtusa is a global information technology services company that specializes in digital engineering and technology solutions for various industries worldwide. Prior to this role, Mounisree worked at VySystems from January 2018 to December 2021, where responsibilities included serving as Talent Acquisition Lead for North America, managing a team and overseeing the entire recruitment life cycle, as well as holding positions as Senior Technical Recruiter and Technical Recruiter focused on sourcing IT professionals. Additionally, Mounisree is currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services at SRM IST Chennai, expected to complete in May 2025, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Design and Visual Communications from the same institution.
