Saby Dsouza

Saby DSouza serves as the Vice President Global Practice Head at Virtusa, overseeing the Global Consulting Practice for Consumer Banking and Core Banking since December 2020. With over 21 years of experience in Banking and IT Consulting, Saby has held various leadership roles, including Vice President BFS - APAC and Vice President Global Practice Head for Retail Banking & Payments at Virtusa. Prior positions include Global Head of Banking Practice at Infosys and Head Banking Solutions at Tech Mahindra, where Saby was instrumental in business development and practice growth. Saby's extensive consulting expertise has also been leveraged for startups and fintech firms as an Independent Consultant. Academic qualifications include an M.B.A. in Finance and a B.Eng. in Computer Engineering, both from the University of Pune.
