Suresh Sarathy

Suresh Sarathy is an experienced professional in workforce management, with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Workforce Management at Virtusa since October 2015, Suresh is responsible for bench cost management, cost optimization, and employee engagement, among other duties. Previous roles include Director and Associate Director of Resource Management at Syntel, where Suresh managed HR and recruitment functions, and Resource Manager at Caritor. Suresh began the career as an HR Executive at Melstar. Suresh holds a Post Graduate certificate in Senior Leadership from XLRI and an MBA in HR from the University of Madras.
