Jonathan Zorno

Jonathan Zorno has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Jonathan currently serves as the COO at VirtuSwap since March 2022. Previously, they worked at DAOstack from March 2021 to March 2022, where they held the positions of General Counsel and Director of Financial Operations. In these roles, they were responsible for legal matters and financial operations.

Prior to that, Jonathan worked as a Legal Intern at the Israel Competition Authority from September 2019 to August 2020. During this time, they worked on various criminal, civil enforcement, and M&A cases, as well as participated in teams tasked with revising competition laws and regulations.

From 2015 to 2019, Jonathan worked at KELA Israeli Intelligence as a BI and Cyber Threat Analyst. Jonathan conducted due diligence analysis for investments and performed cyber threat analysis for global companies.

Jonathan also gained experience as a Legal and Economic Analyst at The Movement for Quality Government in Israel from October 2017 to November 2018. In this role, they analyzed corruption and sound administration issues.

During their tenure at the Israeli Military Intelligence - Research Division from 2009 to 2014, Jonathan held various roles. Jonathan served as a Team Lead and Product Manager from October 2012 to November 2014, and as a Team Lead and acting Head of Section from November 2009 to October 2012. In these positions, they received recognition for exceptional research work, led a multidisciplinary team, and oversaw intelligence analysis.

Jonathan Zorno attended The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2015 to 2019. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree. In 2018 and 2019, they participated in a student exchange program at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where they focused on Chinese securities and IP law in addition to their Bachelor of Laws degree.
