In 1999, they became the CEO of Virtway, a company specializing in online events, training, marketing, and sales. During their time at Virtway, the company received recognition as the Best European Serious Game for Companies in Fun&Serious Game Festival.
Jose Antonio T. attended MIT Professional Education in 2019, where they studied Innovation Leadership. Prior to that, they received a degree in Ingeniería Informática from Universidad de Oviedo from 1992 to 1997. In 1990 to 1993, they also attended CCC Centro de Estudios Profesionales and completed a degree in System Analysis, specializing in Information Technology.
