Mingo Liu

Mingo Liu is the AVP of RD and Product Engineering at Vanguard International Semiconductor Company. Prior to this, Liu worked at TSMC for over three decades in various roles such as Specialty Technology Product Development Division Head and Mainstream Technology Process Development Division Head for MtM Technology. Liu holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University.
