Shyh-Chiang Shen

Shyh-Chiang Shen is currently the Director of GaN Project Development at Vanguard International Semiconductor Company. Prior to this, Shen held positions as a Professor at Georgia Institute of Technology, a Technical Consultant at Trojan Technologies, a Visiting Scientist at Keysight Technologies, and a Senior Processing Engineer at Xindium Technologies, Inc. Shen holds a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
