Andy Chalcroft is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in co-brand and partnership development, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Co-brand & Partnership Development for North America at Visa since March 2018. Previously, Andy held leadership roles at National Australia Bank as Head of Product Management for Consumer Cards and at HSBC, progressing from Senior Product Manager to Head of Cards & Unsecured Lending. Early career experience includes positions as a Risk Analyst at M&S Money and as a Financial Risk Analyst at JD Williams, focusing on risk strategies and improving profitability within credit portfolios. Andy is a graduate of The University of Manchester, where a degree in Physics, alongside Mathematics, was earned.
