Justyna Lewkowicz

Justyna Rawska is an experienced HR professional, currently serving as a Talent Sourcing Partner at Visa, responsible for recruiting within the New Global Technology and Product Hub in Warsaw since December 2023. Prior to this role, Justyna worked at Revolut as a Global Recruitment Sourcer focused on Risk & Compliance and Growth from January 2022 to December 2023. Earlier experience includes roles as a Talent Recruiter at Higher, where Justyna organized recruitment processes and conducted end-to-end recruitments, and as a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist at B3 Consulting Group, focused on candidate sourcing and interview scheduling. Justyna also has a background in sales support at Stena Recycling and social media management at Anek sp. z o.o. Justyna holds a Master's degree in HR Business Partner from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Uniwersytet SWPS.
