Amisha Chaturvedi

Amisha Chaturvedi Khanna has extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance, currently serving as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at VISA Steel Limited since January 2021. Prior to this role, Amisha held the position of Company Secretary at VISA Infrastructure Limited from March 2013 to January 2021 and completed a traineeship as Company Secretary at KESORAM INDUSTRIES LTD. from July 2010 to November 2011. Amisha's educational background includes professional certifications from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, along with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Fakir Mohan University. Additionally, Amisha participated in a Summer School Programme in Business/Commerce at The London School of Economics and Political Science in 2015.
